PICKUP AND DELIVERY

Picking Up Your Purchase From Burlington, Ontario

You can pickup your purchases from our warehouse location at 1121 Walkers Line Burlington, Ontario.  A Jay SaBill Tool Box representative  will contact you shortly after your purchase to arrange a pickup time.  The warehouse cannot support walk-ins and appointments are required.

 

Available loading times are between Monday-Friday between 7:30 am-4:00 pm  Loading is done by forklift so a pickup truck and/or a trailer is required.  Loading personnel reserve the right to refuse loading if doing so would be unsafe or would damage equipment.

Delivery and Shipping

The options for delivery or shipping and the associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process.  There may be more than one option available for delivery or shipping in which case the customer can choose their preference.  Shipping is available to most locations across Canada.

Our website automatically generates the delivery/shipping rate if delivery/shipping is available for the address entered. The shipping rates displayed include a delivery vehicle with a lift gate.  There may be cheaper shipping options If the delivery address has a truck dock or a forklift to facilitate unloading.  Contact info@jaysabilltoolboxes.ca to explore if there is a cheaper shipping option.

Deliveries within Souther Ontario generally occur within 5 business days of purchase excluding weekends and holidays.  Deliveries outside Southern Ontario generally take 5-10 business days.  Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Upon the arrival of your purchase, you may be required to sign confirmation that the item(s) arrived in the condition advertised.  Regardless, it is recommended customers review the item to ensure satisfactory condition immediately upon its arrival.
