In order to keep prices as low as possible, we don't have a storefront.  However, we provide viewings by appointment at our warehouse at 1 Head Street, Dundas, Ontario.   Appointments are available 7-days a week. Please book an appointment by contacting info@jaysabilltoolboxes.ca or 905-601-8665.

We warrant to the original purchaser that their purchase will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days beginning on the date of delivery to the original purchaser or the time it is picked up.

This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance.

We get new loads of inventory every 2-months.  We don't often know what is going to be included in the load before it arrives.  Therefore, we are mostly unable to order specific boxes that aren't already in stock. Nevertheless, please inquire at info@jaysabilltoolboxes.ca if you don't see what you want.  Sometimes special arrangements can be made

Shipping generally occurs from our warehouse in Dundas, Ontario.  We canvass dozens of carriers to get the best delivery price for you.  The website quotes assuming a lift gate is needed to deliver.   However, cheaper rates are often available if there is a forklift at the delivery site to unload.  If your site has a forklift, please contact info@jaysabilltoolboxes.ca or (905) 601-8665 to get a better rate.
